Nordic walking is more than just fitness sessions – organised events, single and multi-day excursions and even holidays are all fantastic ways to enjoy and get the most from Nordic walking and its community of enthusiasts.
For more than your average physical challenge, a wonderful social occasion or to explore and experience the greater outdoors – there is an event to suit you.
Organised fun runs/ walks of some sort happen almost every weekend and provide a great training goal or excuse to get together with other Nordic Walking enthusiasts for a great event. Contact your local council, fitness centre or do a web search for a calendar of events in your area.
